William Howard “Bill” Coltzer, Jr., AIA, is the managing and founding partner of Zero/Six Consulting LLC, an architecture, engineering and exterior building envelope consulting firm and ISO 17025-accredited laboratory, as well as Coltzer Co. LLC, a full-service construction company and founding member of the North American Building Compliance Testing Association. As the son of a general contractor, he grew up participating in the family construction business and, after graduating from Texas A&M in 1984, became a licensed architect in 1993. Since the creation of Zero/Six Consulting LLC in 2003, Coltzer has participated in the remediation, design, construction and commissioning of numerous facilities across the nation.
