In this special episode of If Walls Could Talk, Walls & Ceilings Associate Editor Michael Levitt speaks with Elva Jimenez of Partner’s Insulation. The company, which is based in Boise, Idaho, is on the cover of W&C’s June issue and has been able to grow to 62 employees and three locations in just six years.

Jimenez, who has 20 years of experience in the insulation industry, founded Partner’s Insulation in 2018 and has since brought in her husband and son. They run the company with an emphasis on creating relationships with its customers. That, along with Jimenez and her husband’s experience in the industry, has led Partner’s Insulation to great success and, in turn, expansion.
