LOAD-BEARING WALLS vs INTERIOR PARTITIONS
The purpose of a load-bearing wall is to support roofs, floors and ceilings. Thus, because their nature is essential to the support of a building, any construction or modification of a load-bearing wall should involve the intervention of an architect or a technical design office.
