Foundation Building Materials announced the acquisition of the assets of KCG/REW Materials, a distributor of interior and exterior building materials.
REW Materials has established a strong reputation for service and reliability, operating across 23 states with 45 distribution branches and approximately 800 employees. This strategic acquisition significantly enhances FBM’s ability to serve customers nationwide, adding scale, geographic reach, and additional product offerings for residential and commercial builders, contractors, and the broader construction industry.
